Article 1 (General Provisions)

Tayco (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) values the personal information of its members and complies with applicable laws, including the Personal Information Protection Act and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.

This Privacy Policy sets forth the details regarding the items of personal information collected by the Company in connection with the use of the "Mongram" service (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), the purposes of use, retention and usage period, and protective measures.

Article 2 (Personal Information Collected and Collection Methods)

1. Items Collected
   • Required Information
     • Google/Apple login information: Email address, unique user identifier (UID)
     • User information: Nickname, profile image (if provided by the user)
     • Service usage records (habit data)
     • Token for local push notifications
   • Automatically Collected Information
     • Advertising Identifier (Advertising ID)
     • Device information (operating system, device model, etc.)
     • IP address, service usage records, access logs (may be automatically collected for the purpose of providing advertisements via Google AdMob)
2. Collection Methods
   • During sign-up (Google/Apple login)
   • Information entered directly by the user during service use
   • Automatic collection during service use (including AdMob advertisement exposure)

Article 3 (Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information)

The Company collects and uses personal information for the following purposes:

1. Service provision and member management
   • Member identification and authentication
   • Provision of personalized services (habit tracking, notifications, etc.)
2. Service operation
   • Storage and management of user data via Firestore
   • Provision of link notifications based on Firestore data
   • Sending of local push notifications (daily reminders)
3. Provision of advertising services
   • Delivery of advertisements and performance measurement via Google AdMob
4. Service improvement
   • Service usage analysis and quality enhancement
5. Provision of paid services
   • Management of purchases and payments for subscription products (1-month, 1-year)
   • Automatic billing after free trial period

Article 4 (Retention and Use Period of Personal Information)

1. In principle, the Company deletes personal information without delay once the purpose of collection and use has been achieved.
2. Upon account deletion: Member information and related data will be immediately deleted.
3. However, personal information may be retained for a period prescribed by relevant laws, if applicable.
